Agartala, Jul 26, 2011 : Pressure for business expansion and greed for more revenues for private mobile companys and their distributors have emerged as a major problem. A large number of distributors of private mobile companys have already sold multiple SIMs against the same number . Complaints have also been filed with police on this ground but police personnel have been dithering over the issue without taking any action . A government employee living in Pragati road area , S. Ghosh received abusive calls and missed calls from same numbers belonging to different persons living in different locations. He also filed a complaint with police but the police personnel have not yet initiated any action either against distributors or against companys. Ghosh said that he has been receiving such calls from same number but from different persons over the past one month. 'I have found one distributor in Laxmi Narayan Bari area , another in Dhaleshwar area and one more in Amtoli area and then filed a complaint with police but the police personnel have not yet taken any action despite requests' said Ghosh . He is now planning to take up the issue with higher echelons in police.
