Agartala, Aug 27, 2011 : Stage is all set for the 6th All Tripura Mega Quiz 2011 organized by states premier news website www.tripurainfo.com at Agartala town hall on Sunday.
At 12.30 pm, Chief Minister Manik Sarkar will formally inaugurate the Mega Quiz.
More than 700 participants will take part in the screening test in pairs.
“Till this noon 358 forms were distributed to the quiz enthusiasts. They will have to sit for screening test. The preliminary quiz round would begin at around 10.30 am with 16 best teams selected from the screening test, interspersed by audience rounds”, said Jantu Debnath,an official of the tripurainfo.
"Money collected from the fees will be donated to the Chief Minister's relief fund", added Debnath.
All Tripura mega Quiz happens to be the state’s biggest open quiz competition. There will be three quiz masters- Abhijit Bhattacharya, Nandu Panicker, Anil Raja Vijan and Bharat Jain-this time.
There will also be special rounds for students and audience on environmental pollution, disaster management, global warming, Right to Information and HIV-AIDS in the real battle of intelligence.
The winners will be awarded with laptops, desk-top computers and mobile handsets beside cash in a raffle.
